The Perfect Boiled Egg!

The Perfect Boiled Egg

Cooking Time: 20 Minutes; Yields 2-4 People

Ingredients 
6-12 eggs 
Cooking Instructions

1.  Start by grabbing a large sauce pan.  Place your eggs carefully into the pan.  Fill with cold water until the eggs are just covered.

2.  Place the sauce pan over medium to medium high heat and bring the water and eggs to a boil.

3.  Once the water starts to boil; shut off the heat and place a lid on the sauce pan for 15 minutes.  The eggs will steam and continue to cook.  
***TIP: I always start a timer otherwise 15 minutes will get away from me.  I either use my iPhone or my manual timer that is in my kitchen (because we all know when you need your phone you can't ever find it).


4.  After the 15 minutes removed the eggs from the hot water, into a bowl.  Set for at least 2 minutes or until the eggs are completely cooled.  I normally just let my eggs cool completely vs fussing with hot eggs.

5.  There you have it...nice and easy way to boil eggs!
