Healthy Snack of the Day....

Mini Sweet Peppers!!!!!


Y'all I am a person that must have crunch in my life.  Normally my crunch involves a chip or pretzel, but I now have a healthy crunch for you.  I literally go through about 3 bags of these peppers a week. Personally I like them plain or with a little salt.  I've seen many people eat them with hummus as well.  Trust me, these little no calorie babies have more flavor than any chip or pretzel.  I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!  SNACK ON WITHOUT GUILT!!!!
